RESERVATIONS

• We accept Visa and MasterCard.
• A deposit is required for $500 security plus amount of rental
• Information required for a vehicle reservation:
  • Arrival and departure dates
  • Mode of travel • Boat or Plane
  • Phone numbers • cellular, home, work
  • Number of persons in your party
• We only take reservations by phone at 787-741-1037. If you call and get our answering machine, please leave a message and we will call you back. Or email a reservation request with your name & phone number and we will call you back.
• You must be 21 years old to rent a vehicle.

CANCELLATIONS

• Minimum cancellation charge is 1 day of rental
• With 30 days notice, 1/2 of the total rental amount will be charged
• With 7 days or less notice, the full rental amount is charged
• No-shows will be charged the full rental amount

RENTAL PERIOD

• Rental day starts at 1PM and ends at noon. Vehicles returned after noon are charged an extra day.
• Vehicles may be available before 1PM. If you get your vehicle before 1PM, you must return it at the time you got it on the day you leave, or pay an extra rental fee.
• We may make exceptions to this policy if our rental schedule permits.
• There is a 10 minute grace period for vehicle returns. After that we charge for waiting.

DELIVERY AND PICKUP

• We DO NOT deliver to the airport or the ferry dock.
• We WILL pick up your vehicle from the airport, ferry dock or lodging from 9AM to 5PM.
• Vehicles may be dropped off at DESIGNATED LOCATIONS at the airport and ferry dock before and after business hours.
• We DO NOT deliver or pick up vehicles on Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, or Easter.
• You must confirm your vehicle return date, time and place with our agent when you rent your vehicle. No Changes will be accepted without 24 hours notice.
• Late check-ins are available at your lodging, there will be an additional $20 fee for late check-ins after 7pm.
• Gas charge is a $25 minimum if it's returned less than full
